Eagle Cliff is the home to a large temple complex that was, in the past, the religious center of the ancient Kingdom of Serran. The people who live there now have continued the temple’s religious traditions ever since, under the leadership of a high priest who guides the people in spiritual matters. Eagle Cliff’s residents, as a result, are very pious compared to their rival kingdoms.

Placing little emphasis on expansion and military might, Eagle Cliff is easily the most peaceful of the five kingdoms of Serran. However, it also the most closed society to outsiders, as the tenets of their religion make them look down on their desert brethren for abandoning the faith, and make them wary of foreigners who worship other gods. The current High Priest is known as Rakh Rekkal Muladi.
