The largest city in the Arch-Bishopric, and the home of Imardin’s Navy. Originally named Gabul, it was founded early in the first era as the Serran Empire’s northwesternmost city. It was the home of the prophet Elys, who spread the word of the Goddess, leading to the religious rebellion that ultimately caused the region to secede from the empire.
